Der D2 ist ein fortschrittlicher, leistungsstarker All-in-One Video-Scaler, Scan-Konverter, Switcher und Transcoder, der jedes Eingangssignalformat in jedes Ausgangssignalformat konvertieren kann.
Der Prozessor unterstützt eine breite Palette von Eingangssignalen, darunter Composite, Component, VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort und 3G-SDI. Für die DVI- und SDI-Eingänge stehen Loop-Through-Ausgänge zur Verfügung. Ein optionaler Eingangsslot ermöglicht die Erweiterung durch benutzerdefinierte Module, wodurch zusätzliche Signaloptionen wie USB2.0-Medien und 4K-Eingänge unterstützt werden.
Die Standardausgänge sind DVI und HDMI, wobei der D2 zwei unabhängige Ausgangskanäle bietet. Optional sind auch 3G-SDI und HDBaseT verfügbar, um native Downstream-Verbindungen zu ermöglichen.
Mit Funktionen wie LOGO-Erfassung, Testbildgenerator und EDID-Management gehört der D2 zu den fortschrittlichsten und flexibelsten Signalprozessoren für mehrere 2K-Signale. Er kann jede Quelle vollständig synchronisieren und bietet echtes nahtloses Umschalten.
Der D2 verfügt über Genlock Y In und Loop-Out, und dank seiner Multi-Mode-Funktionalität kann er in einer Vielzahl professioneller Anwendungen eingesetzt werden.
